Shipments inside the US

For domestic shipments we ship to: Continental US including Alaska & Hawaii and all US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc)
Orders weighing under 1lb. will be shipped via USPS Standard Mail which has a 3-10 business day delivery.
Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
Insurance is not required but it is HIGHLY recommended as we are NOT responsible for any carrier delays,
damages, lost packages or wrong address deliveries.
If a package is late shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE!!

All orders including overnight and express shipments are sent out within 1-2 business days.
Once it leaves our warehouse it will be there in the time paid for.
We are required to collect 8.25% sales tax when Ship-To address is in California.
There are no exceptions to our shipping policy

Shipments going outside the US


Countries we internationally ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France,
Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Greece, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand,
Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
No expedited services are available for International Shipping.
The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duty and local taxes. Please verify with your customs before purchase.
Items will NOT be marked as gifts.
There will be a $0.50 handling fee per order which will be added during checkout to accommodate for filing out customs forms
All shipments will travel via USPS 1st Class International mail which can take up to 3 weeks to deliver in some cases.

Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional items or discounts
Once paid for we cannot guarantee we can make changes to your order such as but not limited to: quantity change,
address charge, order cancellation, etc as orders are usually processed right away and sent to our automated warehouse for fulfillment

Returns

At TheCellShop.net our customers are our number one priority! Your satisfactions is important to us. If you have questions regarding your order, or you feel that you have a problem with your order please contact us for a resolution. We appreciate the opportunity to have a fair transaction. We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to issue a refund of the product price less 10% restocking fee and original S&H within 30 days of receiving your item via insured parcel post (USPS). Please email rma@thecellshop.net for return instructions.
For any return, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories.
Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed.
Shipping the item back to TheCellShop.net is at the cost of the buyer. We highly recommend you send it back using a service that provides tracking and delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages while being sent back to us.


FINE PRINT!

Customers are responsible for determining their products compatibility with what we have for sale. We provide a general compatibility list, but please make sure that it will actually be compatible with your product. If purchasing a case/pouch/holster/clip please be aware that if you have an extended battery that it will most likely not fit. Pictures are for a general reference only. The item you get my differ from the one shown. The colors may be different as well as every computer displays colors differently.
