Do you offer shipping discounts if I purchase multiple items?

As long as you order directly from our website, we will only charge you $4.99 to ship your entire order with no limit to how many items you add to your cart.
Only applies to standard shipping.

Is your site safe to order form?

Yes, our site is 100% safe to order from. We are constantly being monitored by Trustguard and BuySafe to make sure our website is not being tampered with and that it is fully secure.

Do you sell my information to 3rd party companies?

We never give out or sell any of our customers information. Any information you provide us will stay inside our walls and never leave.

Do you offer any kind of guarantee on your items?

Yes, everything we sell has a 30 day no hassle guarantee. Return the item for any reason.  If sending back for a refund and not an exchange there will be a 10% restocking fee and original S&H will be not be refunded.

Do you offer wholesale account, corporate discounts, or government discount?

Shipping

Do you ship to a PO BOX, APO or FPO address?

No. At this time we only ship to a physical street address.

Will you ship outside the USA?

Yes. Countries we ship internationally ship to are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Greece, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

When will my order ship?

All orders typically ship within 1 business day. In rare cases it can take up to 4 business days to ship before your order actually leaves our warehouse.

What type of shipping services do you offer?

For our standard shipping it will ship via USPS. We also offer upgrades to a Ground service, 2 day air or 1 day overnight.

Will I get a tracking #?

Yes. All orders that we ship will have a tracking #. If your order is under $11.00, a deliver confirmation # will not be available.

Can I come by your warehouse and pick up my order?

Yes. Please contact us prior to picking it up so we can make sure it is in stock at our warehouse.

My package was never delivered and I think it was lost. What can I do?

As long as you paid for insurance, contact us and we will send out a replacement right away for you.

Is paying for insurance worth it?

In a simple answer, yes it is worth it. If you do NOT pay for insurance and your order is lost, stolen or damaged we cannot send out a replacement and you must place another order.

I already paid, but I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

Please contact us immediately. If we have not already processed your order we can change the address for you. Please be aware that a lot of times an order is processed within minutes of ordering so PLEASE make sure you enter the correct information.

Payment

I don't want to give my credit card information online. How else can I pay?

Sorry, but all orders must be placed online.

PayPal will not let me pay. What can I do?

If PayPal's website is not working, you can also pay with any major credit card directly through our secure shopping cart.

Will you ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, we can ship to any address you'd like, but please note we might call to verify that the order placed was the cards rightful owner.

Will you ship to an unconfirmed PayPal address?

Yes, we can ship to any address you'd like, but please note we might call to verify that the order placed was the accounts rightful owner.

I see more than 1 charge from your company. Did you charge me twice?

No. Sometimes we charge an authorization charge. This is done to verify the card is valid and has the available funds before actually charging your card. This temporary charge will disappear within a few days.

Can I cancel my order if I already paid

Please contact us immediately and we will try to cancel your order, but please be aware that orders are usually processed minutes after your order is placed and cannot be cancelled.   

Returns

I received my order, but it does work or does not fit. What do I do?

Our policy is very simple. Return your order for ANY REASON within 30 day of receiving it and we will send out an exchange or refund.
If sending back for a refund and not an exchange there will be a 10% restocking fee and original S&H will be not be refunded.

You sent me the wrong item. I did not get what I ordered, what do I do?

Contact us immediately and we will send you the proper item.
